A two-layer composite panel for facade cladding, made of high-strength aluminium alloy sheets coated with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).
Aludong combines versatile design possibilities with durable facade protection.
The material is suitable for cladding both new and renovated building facades.
The panels are covered with a protective film to prevent damage and contamination during handling and installation.

The polyester coating (PE) ensures good adhesion to the substrate. Under normal conditions and direct weather exposure, the corrosion resistance of the polyester coating can reach 7–8 years.
The gloss level of solid and metallic colours is 30–40% on the Gardner scale, which makes it suitable for architectural surfaces. For special effect colours, the gloss range is 70–80% on the Gardner scale.
High-gloss surfaces require careful handling and installation to avoid scratches and surface defects.
Aludong applies high-quality lacquering systems that provide chemical resistance and wear resistance.
For exterior wall cladding, the best choices are PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) and FEVE (fluoroethylene vinyl ether) coatings, which offer excellent weather and UV resistance.
Such panels achieve a durability of 10–15 years under outdoor conditions.
Aludong’s nano coating is a transparent lacquering system with self-cleaning properties.
The dry film thickness is at least 35 microns.
The result is a surface that retains its colour and gloss over time, even under strong UV exposure and in polluted environments.
The chameleon effect is achieved by adding pearl pigments to a PVDF coating (70% PVDF content).
The colour tone and visual effect change depending on the angle of incident light — reflection and refraction create a rainbow-like effect, resulting in a surface that shifts its hue and gloss depending on the lighting and viewing angle.
This produces a dynamic and striking façade appearance that changes with light and perspective.
The pearlescent coating is a three-layer system with triple baking, having a minimum thickness of 35 microns.
The gloss level is approximately 90°, making it an excellent choice for surfaces requiring high gloss and strong visual impact.
